Guided by the Department of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and organized by the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC), the "Advanced Mold Carbon Reduction Key Technologies & Digital Transformation Seminar" was successfully held at the 2025 Taipei International Mold & Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Show. The event, executed by the Taiwan Mold Industrial Association, featured MIRDC presenting its institutional R&D achievements on "Key Carbon Reduction Technologies for Advanced Casting and Plastic Injection Molds."
The seminar invited Dr. Ryuichi Hattori, Engineering Doctor from Yamada Dobby Co., Ltd. (Japan), to deliver a keynote on "Proposals for the Future of Press Processing." Additionally, Mr. Shang-Heng Hsieh, General Manager of Sunbox Technology Co., Ltd., shared practical case studies on "Implementing Smart Mold Manufacturing and Digital Transformation." These sessions provided valuable insights into Japan's latest stamping technology trends and practical approaches for integrating advanced carbon reduction processes and smart digital solutions into mold manufacturing.
